Get free standard U.S. shipping on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after discounts, before tax. Orders below $59 have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Oversized items may have an additional shipping surcharge. Any applicable shipping charge is shown before you complete checkout.
Processing, delivery & tracking
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order ships. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on your shipping address and the service selected.

Address changes & delivery questions
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If you need to request a correction, email cs@grandriverartsupply.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has a tracking problem, contact us with your order number and details. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging so we can help investigate.
